When can I access my printable files?
Follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Etsy account.
2. Click on “You” at the top right.
3. Select “Purchases and reviews”.
4. Locate your order and click “Download Files” on the right side.
5. The downloaded file will be saved in your “Downloads” folder."
